The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective principally by investing in a portfolio of the stocks included in the Russell 2000 Index and an options collar on the Russell 2000. The Russell 2000 measures the performance of approximately 2,000 U.S. small capitalization companies. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund’s net assets will be invested in securities, or derivative instruments linked to securities, of companies that are included in the fund’s reference index. The fund is non-diversified.

The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. Standard & Poor's compiles, maintains and calculates the Index, which is composed of 50 securities traded on the S&P 500 Index that historically have provided high dividend yields and low volatility. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually, in January and July.
