The fund could own as few as twelve securities, but generally will have approximately twenty securities in its portfolio. It will invest at least 40% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. companies (unless the Adviser deems market conditions and/or company valuations less favorable to non-U.S. companies, in which case the fund will invest at least 30% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. companies). The company owns and franchises TH chain of donut/coffee/tea restaurants that offer blend coffee, tea, and espresso-based hot and cold specialty drinks; and fresh baked goods, including donuts, Timbits, bagels, muffins, cookies and pastries, grilled paninis, classic sandwiches, wraps, soups, and others.
