The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Latin America Pacific Alliance Capped Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets (but typically far more) in component securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to provide exposure to equity securities of issuers from Latin American member states of the Pacific Alliance, currently consisting of Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, as well as securities that are headquartered and carry out the majority of operations in the respective country. The fund is non-diversified.

The index contains a minimum of 40 stocks, which are equally weighted, and no single sector is allowed to comprise more than 30% of the index weight. It seeks to remain fully invested at all times in securities and/or financial instruments that, in combination, provide exposure to the returns of the index without regard to market conditions, trends or direction.
