The Invesco MSCI USA ETF (Fund ) is based on the MSCI USA Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index. The index measures the performance in the large- and mid-capitalization segments of the US equity market and weights securities by their free float-adjusted market capitalization. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly on the last business day of February, May, August and November.Effective after the close of markets on Aug. 25, 2023, the Fund’s name will change from Invesco PureBeta MSCI USA ETF to Invesco MSCI USA ETF.
