It holds a 100% interest covering an area of 55,951 hectares in the St. Lawrence Lowlands and Gaspe Peninsula; 30% interest of the 216,933 hectares with Ressources et Energie Squatex in the Utica Fairway and the underlying Trenton-Black River carbonates; and 12% interest of the total land package 8,000 hectares through an Agreement with Canbriam Energy. The company also holds 100% interest in the Mitis and the Matapedia properties covering an area of 41,014 hectares; and 30% interest in approximately 431,160 hectares through a joint venture with Squatex. In addition, it holds interest in the Vauquelin gold property that consists of 31 contiguous claims covering an area of 1,784 hectares located in the east of the Val d´Or mining camp, Quebec; and the Evangelic Lake Gold property that consists of 24 mining claims covering 600 hectares located in southwest of Espanola, Ontario. Further, the company has an agreement to acquire 100% interest in the Belcourt Gold property comprising 125 claims covering an area of 5,479 hectares situated near Val d'Or, Quebec; and the Rayon d'Or gold property that consists of two contiguous claims covering an area of 285.9 acres located in the east of the Val d´Or mining camp, Quebec.
