Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its assets in floating rate loans and floating rate debt securities. The fund may invest up to 25% of its assets in U.S. dollar denominated foreign investments, principally in developed markets. It may invest up to 20% of its assets in other types of debt instruments or securities including non-investment grade (high yield/high risk, sometimes called "junk bonds") debt instruments.
