The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of U.S. companies and non-U.S. companies with varying market capitalizations. It may invest up to 50% of its net assets in foreign securities, including American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), European Depositary Receipts ("EDRs") and Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs"). The fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in the equity securities of companies located in countries considered to have emerging market economies.
