The funds enhanced index strategy employs an artificial intelligence model that uses over 250 features, engineered from a broad range of data including fundamentals, analyst sentiment, prices and market activity, short interest, and calendar effects to make relative forecasts of the stocks. The model is regularly updated and combined in a proprietary optimizer, with risk and control estimates as well as constraints on position sizing. The output of the optimizer drives both buy/sell recommendations, which are reviewed and approved by the portfolio managers. The fund also incorporates ESG considerations as an input for security selection. The fund may select stocks of any market capitalization from the reference index. The actively managed fund may invest in derivatives.
