The Invesco S&P SmallCap Health Care ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P SmallCap 600 Capped Health Care Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the Index. The Index is designed to measure the overall performance of common stocks in the health care sector. Included are healthcare companies principally engaged in the business of providing healthcare-related products, facilities and services, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical technology and supplies.The Index is a subset of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index, which is a float-adjusted, market-capitalization-weighted index reflecting the US small-cap market. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.Effective at the close of markets on July 14, 2023, the Fund will effect a “3 for 1” forward split of its issued and outstanding shares. The fund seeks to provide the majority of the returns associated with its primary benchmark, the Standard & Poor's 500 Total Return Index (S&P 500 Index), while exposing investors to less risk through lower volatility and still offering incremental income.
