As of December 31, 2021, the company had approximately 72.0 million barrels of oil equivalent of total proved plus probable reserves. The company was formerly known as PetroShale Inc. and changed its name to Lucero Energy Corp. in May 2022. Lucero Energy Corp. was founded in 1994 and is based in Calgary, Canada.
