(NASDAQ QBTS) (the “Underlying Stock”) by selling options on leveraged exchange-traded funds designed to deliver 2 times (200%) the daily performance of the Underlying Stock (the “Underlying Leveraged ETF”). The Fund’s secondary investment objective is to gain exposure to the performance of the Underlying Leveraged ETF, subject to a cap on potential investment gains. A downside protection may be implemented which could affect the net income level.

The Invesco S&P 500 High Dividend Low Volatility ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend Index (Index). The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. Standard & Poor's compiles, maintains and calculates the Index, which is composed of 50 securities traded on the S&P 500 Index that historically have provided high dividend yields and low volatility. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually, in January and July.
