It also has an option agreement to acquire 100% interest the Fernet property that covers an area of 4,480 hectares located in the northern Abitibi region of Quebec. The company was formerly known as First Mexican Gold Corp. and changed its name to QcX Gold Corp. in July 2020. QcX Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
