The company also has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Yellow Fox and Careless Cove properties situated in Newfoundland; and an option to acquire a 51% interest in the Tulks South property located in Newfoundland. In addition, it holds interest in the Conche property situated in the St. Anthony area on the Northern Peninsula, Newfoundland, and Labrador; and an option to acquire a 70% interest in the Seagull Lake property situated near Thunder Bay, Ontario. The company was formerly known as Tri-Gold Resources Corp. and changed its name to Quadro Resources Ltd. in May 2009. Quadro Resources Ltd. is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
