The Fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Index.The Index is designed to track the performance of U.S. – listed companies with continuous and stable growth in free cash flow. To be eligible for inclusion in the Index, an issuer must be included in the NASDAQ US Benchmark Index and have had positive free cash flow in each of the trailing 11 years.Free cash flow refers to the cash a company has left over after accounting for operating expenses and capital expenditures.The Index reconstitutes annually in JuneQOWZ and the Index are rebalanced quarterly.
