This segment serves health plans, commercial employers, labor groups, and state and local governments. In addition, it offers its products through online retail site. Rite Aid Corporation was founded in 1962 and is headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On October 15, 2023, Rite Aid Corporation, along with its affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
