It operates through three segments: Franchising and licensing, Corporate Locations, and Corporate. The company grants and manages shredding business franchises under the Proshred brand, as well as operates fourteen corporate shredding locations. It also provides shredding and destruction services; electronic waste disposal services under the Secure e-Cycle brand name; sells recycled paper and other recyclable by-products, such as metals and plastics; and resale of electronics. In addition, the company offers digital imaging, scanning, and related workflow management services. RediShred Capital Corp. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Mississauga, Canada.
