The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index, as well as ADRs and GDRs that represent securities in the underlying index. The underlying index includes a subset of constituent securities of the FTSE Emerging Index, an index designed to represent the performance of securities of the most liquid large- and mid-capitalization companies in emerging market countries.
