The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index, as well as ADRs and GDRs that represent securities in the underlying index. The underlying index consists of all of the constituent securities of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, an index designed to represent the performance of large- and mid-capitalization securities in emerging market countries. The fund is non-diversified.
