The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index, as well as ADRs and GDRs that represent securities in the underlying index. The underlying index includes a subset of constituent securities of the FTSE Developed ex US Index, an index designed to represent the performance of large- and mid-cap securities from developed market countries, excluding the United States. The fund is non-diversified.
