The company is a principal landholder in the Flin Flon-Snow Lake greenstone belt, which is home to the Paleoproterozoic VMS district, hosting mines and deposits containing copper, zinc, gold, and silver. It holds an extensive portfolio of properties that totals approximately 4,000 square kilometers and include several undeveloped VMS deposits. The company was formerly known as Rockcliff Copper Corporation and changed its name to Rockcliff Metals Corporation in November 2017.
