As of May 20, 2002, the company has liquidated substantially all of its operating assets and anticipates that the remaining assets would be liquidated and all wind-down activities completed by the end of 2002. Prior to the sale of its assets, it provided: advanced cancer treatment services through outpatient facilities known as IMPACT Centers under the direction of practicing oncologists; owned the assets of and managed the nonmedical aspects of oncology practices; compounded and dispensed pharmaceuticals to certain oncologists for a fixed or cost plus fee; and conducted outcomes research on behalf of pharmaceutical manufacturers. The company was incorporated in 1984 and is based in Memphis, Tennessee.
