SED International Holdings, Inc. was founded in 1980 and is based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. On February 24, 2018, an involuntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 was filed against SED International Holdings, Inc. in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. On September 13, 2016, the involuntary petition was approved by the Court and the Chapter 7 petition was converted to Chapter 11 reorganization. The plan was later approved as Chapter 11 liquidation on June 20, 2018.
