It also has interests in the Rip property, which covers an area of 7,811 hectares situated in south of Houston; Sparrowhawk project that covers an area of 9,913 hectares located in southeast of the Morrison Cu deposit; and the Eagle property covering an area of 2,530 hectares located in in northern Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
