The REIT is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario pursuant to an amended and restated Declaration of Trust dated as of December 31, 2024, as it may be further amended, supplemented or amended and restated from time to time (the "Declaration of Trust"). The REIT's portfolio consists of 46 commercial properties located in Canada, the United States, and Ireland. The units of the REIT trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the symbol RPR.UN. On December 27, 2024, the TSX approved a 90-day extension of the remedial delisting review for the REIT, following an initial 120-day review period that began on July 4, 2024 and a subsequent 60-day extension. The review was a response to the REIT's financial condition. The extension was granted based on materials submitted by the REIT in relation to the REIT's plan and activities to restructure the majority of its debt. During this period, the REIT addressed these issues to meet the TSX's requirements. The trading of the REIT's securities was not impacted during the review process.
