It also holds an option to acquire 100% interest in the Fort Hope project comprising 1,697 single cell mining claims and 11 multi cell mining claims covering an area of approximately 20 hectares located in the north of Thunder Bay, northwestern Ontario. The company was formerly known as S2 Minerals Inc. and changed its name to FNX Inc. in December 2025. FNX Inc. was incorporated in 2020 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
