Standard Energy Corporation retains a royalty interest, ranging from 1% to 6% in various leaseholds that it resells. The company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Petroleum Investment Company, also offers various geologic lease evaluation services; and provides information relating to geologic data, recommendations, and reports with respect to leaseholds offered in the leasing programs.
