The company was formerly known as Perfect Acquisition, Inc., and changed its name to Stemcell Holdings, Inc. in January 2016. Stemcell Holdings, Inc. was founded in 2015 and is based in Tokyo, Japan. as of May 2, 2016, Stemcell Holdings, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Primavera Singa Pte Ltd.
