The company was formerly known as Southern Pacific Development Corp. and changed its name to Southern Pacific Resource Corp. in March 2006. Southern Pacific Resource Corp. was incorporated in 1953 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada. Southern Pacific Resource Corp. is in reorganization.
