For purposes of this 80% policy, smaller companies are defined as those with market capitalizations that do not exceed $4 billion. The fund may invest more than 25% of its assets in the securities of issuers located in any one country.

The index contains a minimum of 40 stocks, which are equally weighted, and no single sector is allowed to comprise more than 30% of the index weight.
