In addition, the company is involved in the manufacture and sale of presses, and mechanical and hydroelectric equipment, as well as large scale pump units. Further, it operates Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong, a 4-star hotel with 245 guest rooms; researches and develops medicine technology and products; manufactures and sells chemical drugs; designs, manufactures, and prints pharmaceutical packaging products, as well as sells other paper-based packaging materials; manufactures and sells elevators and escalators; operates financing leasing business; and provides port services. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Central, Hong Kong. Tianjin Development Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Tsinlien Group Company Limited.
