The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in large-cap equity securities. In seeking a favorable long-term total return, it will invest in securities that its investment adviser believes present the opportunity for growth. For purposes of the 80% investment policy, large-cap securities are securities of issuers with a capitalization equal to or greater than the top 80% of issuers by capitalization within the Russell 1000® Index at the time of purchase.
