Certain derivatives can have a leverage-like effect. The fund may also invest in cash, cash equivalents, or money market instruments, and may hold an affiliated ETF focused on capital appreciation and low volatility during downturns. As an actively managed ETF, the fund manager has full discretion to adjust the portfolio at any time.
