The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Military Times Best for VetsSM Index (the "index"). Normally at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index in the same approximate weight as such component securities. The index is generally composed of the U.S.-listed stocks of companies that have been included in the Best for Vets List for the last three consecutive years, have a minimum market capitalization of $200 million, and meet the index's liquidity threshold.
