In managing the fund, the Adviser focuses primarily on one source of potential return: the receipt of option premiums from selling fully collateralized put options on equity indices. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the value of the fund's net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) will be subject to written put options on U.S. equity securities. The fund will invest in U.S. Treasury securities of varying maturities, typically with remaining maturities of one year or less, to meet any applicable asset coverage or margin requirements on the fund's option writing strategy.
