It operates through three divisions: Imaging Solutions, Production Solutions, and Creative Solutions. The Imaging Solutions division offers equipment for photographic and video cameras, and smartphones; and solutions to professional and amateur photographers/videographers, independent content creators (ICCs), vloggers/influencers, gamers, enterprises, and professional sound crews comprising camera supports and heads, smartphone accessories, lighting supports, light-emitting diode (LED) lighting, lighting controls, motion controls, audio capture and noise reduction equipment, and camera bags and backgrounds. The Production Solutions division provides video heads, tripods, LED lighting, prompters, robotic camera systems, and mobile power solutions, as well as equipment rental and technical solutions for broadcasters, film and video production companies, ICCs, and enterprises. The Creative Solutions division offers wireless video transmission and lens control systems, monitors, camera accessories, live streaming and IP video devices, and software applications to ICCs, enterprises, gamers, broadcasters, and film and video production companies. The company was formerly known as The Vitec Group plc and changed its name to Videndum Plc in May 2022. Videndum Plc was founded in 1909 and is headquartered in Richmond, the United Kingdom.
