Its Consumer segment engages in the operation of restaurants; bottling and distribution of beverages; food wholesale business; and provision of logistics services. The company's Financial Services segment provides vehicle financing; and invests in mobile financial services. Its Investments segment invests in the infrastructure, tourism, power agricultural, and other sectors, as well as leases investment properties. The company also engages in leasing automotive equipment. The company was formerly known as Sea View Hotel Limited. Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. was incorporated in 1962 and is based in Singapore.
