Albina Community Bancorp functioned as the parent organization for Albina Community Bank, an entity that provided a wide range of financial products and banking services to clients in Portland. The bank's deposit offerings included checking, savings, and money market accounts, along with certificates of deposit (CDs) and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). For lending, it supplied personal loans, home equity lines of credit, operational lines of credit, term loans, and commercial real estate financing. Additionally, the bank facilitated government-backed lending and accounts receivable funding, and it issued credit cards. Beyond these core services, customers benefited from amenities such as online banking, cash management, merchant services, wire transfers, and online bill payment. Other provisions encompassed business payroll, deposit courier service, night depository, automated customer support, complimentary cash withdrawals, and dedicated workplace banking programs, alongside overdraft protection features. Albina Community Bancorp, established in 1993, was headquartered in Portland, Oregon. However, its operations ceased on September 17, 2014, when it submitted a voluntary Chapter 7 liquidation petition to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon.

βI've been trying to figure out how much dividend income I'd need to retire. This tool showed me exactly β $400K in JEPI at 7% yield gives me $2,333/month. No calculator did that this clearly before.β
βReally solid passive income calculator. Covers everything: DRIP compounding, Roth IRA tax savings, DCA contributions. The year-by-year breakdown is what I was missing from other tools.β
