Evoqua organizes its operations into two primary divisions: 1. Integrated Solutions and Services: This division furnishes large-scale water treatment capital systems, complemented by ongoing support such as spare parts, consumables, and various service agreementsβranging from long-term contracts to urgent response servicesβaimed at processing industrial water, utility water, and wastewater streams. Additionally, this segment delivers services for odor and corrosion mitigation and provides drinking water purification systems specifically for municipal use. Its extensive client base includes manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, power generation, microelectronics, chemical processing, food and beverage, and refining industries. 2. Applied Product Technologies: This division supplies sophisticated filtration and separation technologies, featuring renowned products like VAF self-cleaning filters, Ionpure electrodeionization systems, and Vortisand filtration systems. This segment also provides filter presses, associated consumables, and aftermarket components, primarily serving the microelectronics, pharmaceutical, and power generation sectors. Furthermore, it delivers comprehensive disinfection solutions, utilizing both chemical and non-chemical methodologies. These include low and medium pressure ultraviolet (UV) systems, ozone, on-site hypochlorite generation, and chlorine/chlorine dioxide systems, applied across municipal drinking water facilities, industrial operations, light manufacturing, commercial enterprises, and aquatic environments. The division also encompasses a wide array of wastewater technologies, covering biological treatment, clarification, advanced filtration, nutrient removal, biosolid management, and custom-built, field-erected biological wastewater treatment plants. Specialized aquatics and electrochlorination solutions are also part of its portfolio. Established in 2013, the company maintains its corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
