The fund's main goal is to generate total investment returns. It employs a "defensive" investment approach, striving to mitigate downside risk while simultaneously seeking upside potential. This strategy is implemented through active stock picking, robust risk management techniques, and comprehensive diversification. Under typical market conditions, the fund commits at least 80% of its net assets (which may include borrowed funds for investment) to equity instruments issued by large-capitalization companies. While its primary focus is on large-cap firms, the fund possesses the flexibility to invest in companies of any size and may, at the adviser's discretion, periodically allocate capital to small- and mid-cap companies.
