This exchange-traded note (ETN) is designed to offer returns that are double the monthly performance, whether positive or negative, of the Wells Fargo Diversified Business Development Company Index. The index itself monitors the performance of Business Development Companies (BDCs) that are publicly traded on major U.S. stock exchanges such as the NYSE or NASDAQ, provided they also fulfill specific criteria related to market capitalization and other eligibility benchmarks. Essentially, this security aims to mirror the monthly gains or losses an investor would realize from a leveraged "long" position in the companies that constitute this underlying index.
