Hugo Boss AG is a global fashion house that, along with its various subsidiaries, designs, manufactures, and distributes a wide range of apparel, footwear, and accessories for both men and women worldwide. Its product lines encompass everything from formal business attire, casual wear, and athleisure styles to elegant evening garments. In addition to clothing, the company also offers shoes and various accessories. Through licensing agreements, it extends its brand to products like fragrances, eyewear, and watches, and also features fashion items specifically for children. The company markets and sells its merchandise under two main brand names: BOSS and HUGO. Sales channels are diverse, including online stores, dedicated freestanding retail outlets, shop-in-shops located within department stores, and factory outlets. As of December 31, 2021, Hugo Boss's retail presence consisted of 1,228 points of sale. The company was established in 1924 and its corporate headquarters are situated in Metzingen, Germany.
