Crestwood Equity Partners LP (CEQP) is a U.S.-based energy infrastructure company actively involved in developing, acquiring, owning, and managing crucial assets within the midstream segment of the energy industry. Its operations are structured into three primary business segments: Gathering and Processing North, Gathering and Processing South, and Storage and Logistics. The Northern Gathering and Processing division serves producers in the Williston and Powder River Basins. It provides comprehensive services for natural gas, crude oil, and produced water, including collection, compression, treatment, processing, and responsible disposal. This segment boasts significant infrastructure, including natural gas gathering capabilities of about 0.4 Bcf/day and processing capacity of 0.5 Bcf/day. For crude oil, it manages 150,000 Bbls/day of gathering capacity and 266,000 Bbls of storage. Additionally, its produced water facilities can gather and dispose of around 130,000 Bbls/day. Conversely, the Southern Gathering and Processing segment caters to producers in the Marcellus, Barnett, and Delaware basins. Its offerings focus on natural gas (gathering, compression, treatment, and processing) and produced water (gathering and disposal). Its natural gas infrastructure includes 2.5 Bcf/day of gathering capacity and 0.7 Bcf/day of processing capacity, while its produced water assets handle approximately 75,000 Bbls/day for gathering and disposal. The Storage and Logistics segment handles the storage, terminaling, marketing, and transportation of natural gas liquids (NGLs), crude oil, and natural gas.
