Operating as a subsidiary of Jadel Holdings Co., Inc., the company focuses on four core segments: The Food Ingredients division supplies industrial fats and oils, specialty and culinary ingredients, and food safety solutions such as cleaning and sanitation agents to various food manufacturers and quick-service restaurant chains. Its Colorants and Plastic Additives segment produces pigment blends, color and additive masterbatches, and engineered polymers primarily for the plastics industry, also providing toll compounding services. The Oleochemicals, Resins and Powder Coatings segment manufactures coconut methyl ester, glycerin, and other oleochemical derivatives used as surfactants in soaps and detergents, alongside medium-chain triglyceride oil. This segment also offers polystyrene resins for plastic manufacturing, polymer emulsions for paints, and polyester resins for the construction, shipping, and furniture industries. Additionally, it provides powder coatings for applications in home appliances, metal fixtures, and the construction sector. Lastly, the Consumer Products Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) segment produces aerosol cans and components, as well as products for insect control, industrial maintenance, home care, and personal hygiene, including sanitizers and disinfectant sprays. This segment also provides contract aerosol filling and compounding services.
