This investment portfolio aims to acquire a comprehensive and varied selection of shares issued by American corporations. While it allocates capital across companies of all dimensions, it deliberately provides enhanced weighting to businesses characterized by smaller market capitalizations, more attractive relative valuations, and superior financial profitability. This increased allocation is measured against the typical representation of such companies within the designated U.S. Universe. The Advisor generally defines this 'U.S. Universe' as a market-capitalization-weighted aggregate of operational U.S. enterprises listed on domestic stock exchanges that the Advisor deems suitable for investment.
