This portfolio employs a market capitalization weighting methodology, primarily seeking to acquire liquid equity securities from entities whose core operations involve the real estate sector. These activities encompass the acquisition, administration, development, construction, or marketing of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Specifically, the fund predominantly allocates its capital to select Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), businesses focused on residential homebuilding, and non-partnership firms primarily engaged in the development of commercial real estate projects.
