Embraer S.A. is a Brazilian aerospace company primarily engaged in the global design, development, manufacturing, and sale of various aircraft and associated systems. Its extensive operations cover regions including Brazil, North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. The company's activities are structured into five main segments: Commercial Aviation, Defense and Security, Executive Jets, Service & Support, and Other. The Commercial Aviation division focuses on the development and production of a diverse range of commercial passenger aircraft. The Service & Support segment delivers comprehensive after-sales solutions, encompassing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) for commercial, executive, and defense aircraft, as well as supplying aircraft components, engines, and aviation structures (steel and composite) to other manufacturers. Finally, the "Other" segment is involved in supplying various aircraft systems, including fuel, structural, mechanical, and hydraulic components, in addition to manufacturing specialized agricultural crop-spraying aircraft. Established in 1969 and based in SΓ£o Paulo, Brazil, the company was originally named Embraer-Empresa Brasileira de AeronΓ‘utica S.A. and rebranded as Embraer S.A. in November 2010.
