The company's comprehensive pipeline includes several significant experimental therapies. Leading this portfolio is filgotinib, a JAK1 inhibitor that is currently progressing through various clinical trial phases for the management of rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, small bowel Crohn's disease, fistulizing Crohn's disease, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, and uveitis.
