Liberty Gold also entirely owns the Black Pine project, situated in southeastern Idaho, an area spanning 4,845 hectares and composed of 622 unpatented lode claims. Furthermore, the company has secured an option agreement that allows it to acquire a full 100% interest in the Baxter Spring Gold project, located in central Nevada. Originally incorporated in 2010, Liberty Gold Corp. was formerly known as Pilot Gold Inc. and underwent a name change in May 2017. The company maintains its corporate headquarters in Vancouver, Canada.
