The fund's primary goal is to deliver long-term capital appreciation. It primarily invests in large-capitalization companies, committing at least 80% of its total assets (which includes net assets and any borrowed funds for investment purposes) to these firms. A large-cap company is defined as one with a market capitalization exceeding $4 billion at the time of acquisition. While the Subadvisor largely focuses on domestic U.S. securities, the fund maintains the option to allocate up to 20% of its net assets to international investments. The classification of a security's issuer as either U.S. or foreign is typically based on its "country of risk," as determined by independent third-party providers like Bloomberg.
