Under typical market conditions, this fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its net assets—including any capital borrowed for investment purposes—to equity securities. Its primary focus is on common stocks issued by U.S. companies. The investment objective is pursued through a value-driven approach, whereby the fund's investment sub-advisor seeks to identify and acquire the common shares of businesses believed to be trading below their intrinsic worth. Notably, the fund is classified as non-diversified, allowing for greater concentration in its holdings.
